Located across from Beautiful Callaway Gardens Resort in Pine Mountain, Georgia, about 1 hour from Atlanta. The 5 bedroom 4 bath house was recently renovated. Along with the 5 bedrooms that will sleep 10 adults, it has a sunroom that sleeps an additional 2 people. It features a fully furnished kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, toaster/convection oven), a living room with large screen TV and surround sound that seats 10 people, and a dining room that seats 8 to 10 along with an adjoining eating area that seats 7/8 people. It has a separate office with desk and game area.

The facility has a large indoor 9 hole golf putting green along with a relaxation area for sitting and enjoying the gas fireplace or adjacent outside wood firepit with grill and picnic tables. The property was designed for families and friends to gather for fun times inside or out.

Outside is a regulation size Pickleball court where the net can be raised for volleyball or badminton fun. On the other side of the court is a basketball court where the hoop can be adjusted from 7 feet to regulation 10 ft. shooting. Other lawn games include Croquet, Bocce, Frisbee Golf and Horseshoes.

The property is within a block from the entrance to miles of the country's most beautiful paved trails through scenic woods full of wildlife and across old wooden bridges surrounded by streams and lakes. The property does have 7 bicycles and 2 child carriers available for a reasonable extra fee.
